How Winners will be Selected: Winning names will be picked at random. The Flatbush Avenue BID and/or the Church Avenue BID will email winners to notify them that they have won. Winners must bring valid photo ID to claim their tickets in person within two business days at the BID’s office, 2211 Church Ave., Room 201, Brooklyn, NY or they forfeit their winning status. Tickets cannot be mailed. Forfeited tickets will be returned to the pool of tickets and the BIDs will draw an additional name(s) to receive the forfeited tickets. The BID hopes that winners use their tickets for their personal enjoyment.
