Program to Include:
- A review of recent accomplishments and the BID’s financials.
- Speakers include Matt Wolf, Executive Director of the Kings Theatre, who will give updates on this majestic theater opening soon in the BID, and Paula Crespo of Pratt Center for Community Development, who will report on their seven-month study of the BID.
- BID Member’s official business and election of new Board member.
- Networking and buffet with Kosher options will be served. Specialty desserts generously provided by the BID’s new Edible Arrangements shop.
To Register as a Voting Member of the BID: The Annual Meeting is open to the public but only registered members can vote. The Flatbush Avenue BID extends along both sides of Flatbush Avenue between Parkside Avenue and Cortelyou Road. All property owners, commercial tenants, and residential tenants within these boundaries are automatically members but in order to vote at the Annual Meeting, you must register. Registration forms will be available at the meeting.
